Patient Insurance

Our goal is to assist you in obtaining your maximum dental benefits. Any fee not covered by your insurance plan is required at the time of service. We do accept all major credit cards for your convenience. 

Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our front desk staff prior to receiving treatment.

Although we accept most PPO insurance plans, we are only a participating provider for a select few insurance companies. If you can provide us with enough information before your scheduled visit, we will call your insurance company and get a breakdown of your dental benefits. We will be happy to submit all claims for you and will fully attempt to help you receive your full benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 60 days.
